Directions For Using CESA #2's Online Catalog

1. Staff may access the online catalog at www.cesa2.k12.wi.us. Click on "Resource Center". You may browse the catalog performing the following searches: A title search (Type in the title and click on title search), a subject search (type in the subject (ex: autism) and click on subject search), a keyword search , a series search, author search, and/or ISBN search.

2. Select items by clicking on the Bookbag shown to the left of the title. Click on the right arrow to view the next title or the left arrow to look at the previous title. Once you have selected the items desired, click on the Bookbag at the top of the menu. All the items you have chosen will be listed. Highlight (select all) the items, copy, and paste the listing into an e-mail to me:isackson@cesa2.k12.wi.us.

3. Staff may check monthly to see what resources have been added to the PRC's collection. Just type '2010-2-11 Catalog' for items added during the school year, or type '2010-2011-September Catalog' (or whatever the current month is) to look at monthly additions.

Check out the Assistive Technology catalog by typing 'Assistive Technology' and selecting a Subject search. You may browse through the new materials in the Assistive Technology collection by typing '2010-2011 AT Catalog'; or look monthly for the list of the new AT resources by typing '2010-2011-September (or whatever the month may be) AT Catalog'.

Parents may check out resources through a teacher. Type 'Parent Grant' and click on 'Subject' search to access the Parent Catalog.

Parents must place their order via a teacher in their district who takes responsibility to receive and return the resources to the Professional Resource Center. If your district has not purchased CESA #2's Van Delivery Service, parent resources must be picked up and returned to CESA #2's library on time in person or by UPS or mail.
