Coaching/mentoring for first- and second-year superintendents is offered through the Wisconsin Association of School District Administrators (WASDA). Each year a cadre of superintendents either entering the profession or in to their second year are offered the opportunity for group and one-on-one coaching.

Professional Development:
CESA ^#2 and WASDA jointly plan professional development opportunities for superintendents which focus on topics such as:

-- Technology
-- Legal issues
-- State/Federal initiatives

Administrative and consultant services are available through CESA #2 and WASDA to assist with challenges faced by school district leaders.
