Professional Development of Transition Practices:
The CESA #2 Transition Program supports school districts in creating effective transition practices within their school districts through the following consultative methods:
-- Transition Coaching—Contracted individualized sessions with your educators to write effective transition plans
-- Group Trainings—Conducted at the CESA #2 facilities or contracted in your district to promote effective transition planning
-- Reviews—Districts will have the option of contracting with CESA #2 to complete the self-assessment review of Indicator 13 or lead a team approach to the review within your school

Cost is based on the number of days used:
-- Professional Development Trainings: $595/ half day $995/ full day
-- 5 or more Professional Development trainings: $395/ half day $695/ full day
-- Transition Coaching: 4 one-on-one sessions - $595
