Leading the Learning Organization

A Service for Administrative Teams

More than ever districts need to work together during our changing times. CESA #2 can create a one- or two-day workshop for your team.

Workshop Premises:
-- Experiencing one’s own learning/leadership style adds to clarity and self–improvement
-- Leadership is about relationships
-- Understanding how people learn and how they bring different gifts to the organization enhances team success
-- Key components of successful teaming are personal meaning, clear goals and a desire to contribute
-- The key skill a leader brings to a team is the creation of a climate of trust

Objectives:
-- Experience and analyze your learning and leadership style
-- Examine the ramifications of style for communicating and team building
-- Learn the characteristics of successful teams and the qualities of people on successful teams
-- Learn how a Professional Learning Community (PLC) is a useful framework for examining your organization’s strengths and needs

This workshop will be custom-designed based on the district's needs. Or join with other districts and save professional development dollars.
