Coaching and Facilitating Professional and Systemic Development for Healthy Improvements

Growth and change are inevitable yet in these unprecedented times that claim scarcity of resources and ideological polarities, systems and those who work within them need assistance in dealing with loss, examining unforeseen opportunities, and facilitating the best practices for greater performances.

The services provided under this program assist individuals, professional cultures, and organizations to target desirable change that leads to the best possible outcomes for those we serve: the students in our schools.

These services are tailor-made for identified needs that may include:
-- Assistance in developing teacher evaluation systems using performance-growth plans (PGP) and/or PDPs
-- Training to use 4-minute classroom walkthroughs for assessing fiscal investments on innovative practices, technology, district initiatives, quality teaching practices, etc.
-- Training in quality mentorship to coach for growth in performance for new and practicing educators
-- Training in adaptive leadership for classroom teachers as a replacement for classroom management
-- Facilitating healthy relationships and communication between and among communities, school boards, school personnel, etc.
-- Coaching and assistance to work with staff who are struggling with non-performing students 
 

Training workshops range from $1,500-$3,500 / day; the cost decreases with the number of days contracted through the district or consortium. Coaching and mentoring can be provided for quality improvemnt for those on corrective plans; coaching and mentoring are provided for individuals seeking adaptive leadership skills.
