From food service to SMART Boards, Cooperative Purchasing saves schools money.

CESA Purchasing
By combining purchasing power, schools can obtain substantial volume discounts on technology, paper, office supplies, and more. CESA Purchasing makes it easy for districts to take advantage of discounts and deals already negotiated by CESA. Most of our contracts are offered at no cost, with regional and state-wide contracts available.

The CESA Purchasing Program currently offers the following agreements and contracts: 

Educational Equipment and Supply Agreements:  No participation fee

Tierney Brothers - SMART Interactive Whiteboard sales, installation and service
Unisource - paper and janitorial supplies
Lightspeed - classroom audio
Microsoft - software discounts

AEPA contracts (Nationally bid, locally awarded):  No participation fee

AEPA Vendors

School Nutrition Program: $300 per year participation fee
A Prime Vendor agreement includes negotiated pricing with a distributor for the delivery of food, small wares and disposables to member districts. Members may choose to participate in commercial distribution of state processed USDA commodities, direct diversion of USDA commodities, and milk delivery. Member district must agree to a minimum participation of 80% of groceries. Click here for more information.
